The seminar was conducted by Mr. Kumar Anupam Singh (I.P.S) . The topic was Women Helpline No.1090. He discussed about the help provided by helpline No. 1090 to women who became victim of eveteasing, mental and physical torture. He also emphasised on the important role of police in the society.
